JUDY KATER

Founder/Interior Designer

Judy Kater graduated from FIDM with an Associates Degree in Interior Design & graduated from University of North Carolina University, with a Bachelor’s in International Business degree. She has also served in the U.S. Army in the 82nd Airborne Battalion in Ft. Bragg, NC. 

Judy was first exposed to interior design by working with her cousin at their custom furniture business. Soon after, she worked for a Danish interior design company in Santa Monica. There, she discovered her passion not only for interior design, but the overall construction process. She’s the mother of a very creative and bright child who inspires her to remain curious in both her professional and personal life. She has over 15 years of experience in interior design and construction. She has worked on existing and new residential and commercial spaces.
